| Sometimes during the weeks of pregnancy you just get curious about what is going on inside of your belly. What is baby doing? How will you feel three weeks from now? By going through the weeks of pregnancy, you will get a little insight on how your baby is developing and what you can expect from your body as pregnancy progresses. You may be surprised just how fast baby grows, especially in pregnancy's first weeks. From just a sperm and egg, your baby grows to more than a trillion cells. Entire organ systems grow and learn to function. You are making a real person in there without an instruction booklet... your body already knows how to do this! I find this utterly incredible. As I gaze at the children in our house, I am still amazed that at one time they didn't exist in our lives. Now they not only exist, some are taller than I am and they actually have their own lives and interests. Amazing! Going through your pregnancy week by week will help you adjust and plan ahead for those later months. In the meantime, get to know your baby and your new body. You're making a miracle, you know!
